[..YouTube..] @soulsanctummystics It is very inexpensive. I had given my copy away and I just bought a new one (the one in the video) for like $6 on Amazon. You can get them used for really cheap. My friend found her copy for $3. Check Alibris.
[..YouTube..] good to help sleeping patterns as well, and also, those exercises are supposed to synchronize the spin of the chakras, which, if I understand correctly, is a must for optimum health. hallelujah!
