<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Raw Lettuce Tacos</span></strong></p>
<p>Large romaine lettuce leaves, taco &#8220;meat&#8221;, cilantro, tomato, onion, avocado</p>
<p>Recipe for the taco &#8220;meat&#8221;</p>
<p>1/2 cup raw organic sunflower seeds (or walnuts, almonds, pecans &#8211; soak them for 1 hour first)</p>
<p>2 teaspoons of chili powder</p>
<p>1/2 chipotle (optional)</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flake</p>
<p>pinch of pink Himalayan salt</p>
<p>*put all dry ingredients in a blender and grind</p>
<p>put all ground ingredients into a bowl and add:</p>
<p>1 tablespoon of lemon juice</p>
<p>1 tablespoon of organic tamari</p>
<p>mash it all together until it&#8217;s clumpy</p>
<p>taste</p>
<p>add your &#8220;meat&#8221; and other ingredients (onion, avocado, cilantro, tomato) to your lettuce</p>

<p>Be careful with the spices. I made 2 cups of walnuts instead of a 1/2 cup (so I could have lunch the next day). I increased the amount of spices and it ended up being too much. <p>Strengthening our meditation practices will help so much right now. Also, healthy eating, drinking water, exercise, deep breathing, etc. Otherwise, we will feel bombarded by darkness, and when it&#8217;s dark, it&#8217;s really dark. Do yourself a big favor and meditate. If you don&#8217;t know how, you need to let me know that so I can teach you. Either that or look up meditation for beginners on YouTube and Google. I am sure there are tons of free videos. Meditation is one of the best things we can do for ourselves right now. It will help to ground you and make this transition much smoother.</p>
